A mere 40 kilometers away from the bustling city of Bariloche, you will find the Limay River Walkway, home to the sole raft in the country, aptly named La Maroma.
Upon arrival, you will have the unique opportunity to cross the river via the walkway on foot and by utilizing the raft for vehicle passage. Our destination is the nearby Lavandas Del Limay Agroecological Park, a short 1 kilometer journey from the river.
At this breath-taking location, you're invited to explore the sprawling lavender plantation. You'll be enlightened on the cultivation of various lavender strains and the process of essential oil extraction, a key ingredient in products like creams and fragrances.
