Tour Description
Our adventure begins by picking up guests from our designated hotels, heading towards the southern area of the Nahuel Huapi National Park. Traveling along the National Route No. 40, we are treated to breathtaking vistas, including views of the Gutierrez and Mascardi Lakes.
Upon entering the National Park, we navigate through a dense Coihues forest, characteristic of this region, as we skirt the shores of Lake Mascardi. Midway, we pause for a scenic hike through the stunning woodland.
Following our brief walk, we replenish our energy with a delightful lunch. What makes this meal truly memorable, alongside the delectable dishes, is that it is served amidst the forest, right by the shores of Lake Mascardi.
Our journey then continues through the Manso River valley, leading us to the base of Mount Tronador. Here, we discover the ultimate highlight of our trip: the Black Ventisquero. Also known as the Black Glacier, it is distinguished by sediments that lend it a unique dark hue, setting it apart from other glaciers.
The tour concludes as we return to our designated hotels.
